My first nude photo shoot was a complete let down. The models that I have communicated with on One Model Place are for the most part...legit! But my first hire was a woman in Cartersville GA. I decided on her because at least from her OMP page, she seemed mature and reliable. She was definitely attractive and close to my own age. I would feel more comfortable my first time around shooting with a model in her mid to upper 30's or even 40's as opposed to shooting with a 20 something.

I made arrangements to do the shoot at her house. She told me that her husband was cool with her interests in modeling for fine art and glamour nudes. He was even an amateur photographer himself and had a studio set up in their basement. All of the e-mails and initial phone conversations made me feel very comfortable in the idea that she would be patient and even help me during the session.
Boy are first impressions sometimes the worst. My schedule in north Georgia had allowed me to work on the shoot in the early evening. When I called to confirm, she asked if we could push it back a bit because she had a girlfriend show up unexpectedly and she wanted to grab an early dinner with her.
Her early dinner pushed my meeting back to 10 PM that night. I had no other plans so I rescheduled with her for 10. When I arrived at her house, she was wasted drunk. Maybe a few pills were also in the mix. Some dinner she had! Once I arrived, all she wanted to do was talk. Speed can do that to you! After an hour of talking about absolute nothing with her, we finally got down to shooting.
Her impression of fine art nude and mine were two completely different ideas. She felt that her legs needed to be wide open during every pose, and she could not focus her eyes on the camera long enough to allow a good shot. I was ready to bolt after 30 minutes. Now I'm not a prude in the least but, if I want open crotch up the pussy shots, I can go buy a Hustler magazine or type into google: pussy.
My next attempt at working with a model with maturity was much better. So much in fact, that it was the total opposite. I had the opportunity to work with a very professional and classy lady on the outer banks in North Carolina. We met for an outdoor shoot at an old abandoned life saving station. The day was cloudy in October and the bugs were out in droves. Not the best day to be working nude for her because of the bugs, but she was a trooper! And she was exactly the type of model that I was looking to
work with.
work with.We worked for 2 hours and it seemed like we only worked for 20 minutes. She knows how to work in front of a camera and was as patient with me during my undertaking as I could have expected. Some incredible photos were made that day. I'll share a few with you.
